Education Law Center Helpline Moves to Disability Rights Network of PA

For many years, The Education Law Center (ELC) operated a "Help Line" for families of children with disabilities which was funded by the Disability Rights Network of PA (DRN). Through the Help Line, consultation and help was offered to callers whose questions involved special education and early intervention. As of July 1, that helpline assistance will be provided directly by Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania.
