Education Law Center – Family Training on Special Education Rights (13 locations)
Learn about new state rules that can help children with disabilities. This is a Webinar and audio-teleconferenced update on recent State-level developments affecting the educational rights of children with disabilities.
Topics include:
- Revisions to the PA Special Education Regulations (Ch. 14)
- New rules about positive behavior supports, restraints, and police referrals
- New State policies on interagency planning for children with behavioral health needs and education in partial hospitalization programs
- New rules for inclusion of children with disabilities in vocational education programs

Audience: People with some prior knowledge about special education rules and regulations in PA.
